Mastering Wallet Analysis with Cielo Finance: The Complete Guide

Have you ever wondered how professional crypto traders keep track of profitable wallets without breaking the bank on expensive tools? Today, we are excited to share a complete guide to Cielo Finance, a game-changing free platform that will revolutionize how you analyze and track (Solana) wallets.

Getting Started: Your First Steps

Before we dive deep, let’s get you set up. Navigate to app.cielo.finance/feed and connect your wallet. You’ll also want to link the Telegram bot, which becomes crucial later for real-time tracking. The best part? Everything is available in the free version!

Cielo Finance Homepage

Cielo Finance homepage welcomes you with a clean, intuitive interface. Notice the prominent search bar where your wallet analysis journey begins.

Understanding the Core Interface

Once you’re logged in, you’ll see a sleek interface that might remind you of Solscan, but with a much more user-friendly design. Simply paste any wallet address into the search bar at the top left (as shown in the picture before), and you’ll unlock a wealth of information.

The main analysis page provides a comprehensive overview of wallet activity

Let’s break down what you’re seeing right after you paste a wallet address:

  1. A real-time Solana balance display
  2. Customizable transaction filters to help you focus on what matters
  3. A detailed transaction history that tells the wallet’s story
  4. The wallet’s movement, including buys, sells and inflow/outflow transactions.

The Power of Transaction Tracking

Let us share a real-world scenario that showcases why Cielo’s transaction tracking is so valuable. Imagine you’ve found a profitable wallet (we’ll call it Wallet A) that’s currently empty. Using Cielo, you might discover it’s connected to a larger wallet (Wallet B) that regularly funds new trading wallets. This insight is gold because you can now monitor Wallet B to spot new trading opportunities early.

To do so, you can click on the “Add” button on the top right corner which will automatically add it to your telegram bot, so whenever it performs a transaction, you’ll see something like this:

Cielo bot notification

Alternatively, you can add your own wallet address into the telegram bot with “add [wallet_address] [wallet_tag]”, obtaining the same results as you added it from the web page.

Note: You can ONLY setup a telegram bot to track these type of transactions. There’s no other way around at the time this blog post is written.

Profit and Loss Analysis

To analyze a wallet’s profitability, just head over to the Token PnL tab, and you’ll find yourself looking at what we consider the command center of wallet analysis.

The PnL interface provides a comprehensive view of a wallet’s trading performance

What you’ll find here is incredibly valuable:

  1. Wallet realized PnL in the specified timeframe (30d in this case)
  2. Unrealized PnL: you need a paid plan to view it (not useful at all)
  3. Win Rate
  4. Traded tokens in the specified timeframe
  5. Chains: Network where the trades where made. Defaults to Solana
  6. Timeframes: you can choose between 1d, 7d, 30d and All.
  7. Individual Token Realized PnL + ROI
  8. Individual Token average Bought/Sold
  9. How many trades were involved in the said token

Quick tip: Remember that very recent trades (less than 4 hours old or so) might not show up immediately. This isn’t a bug, it’s just how the system processes information.

Discovering Related Wallets

This feature is unique to Cielo and it’s absolutely fascinating. Think of it as a family tree for wallets.

The related wallets view maps out the entire network of connected addresses

You’ll see two main categories:

  1. Inflow connections: These are wallets that have sent funds to your target wallet
  2. Outflow connections: These are wallets that have received funds from your target wallet

The platform also shows you transaction counts in both directions, helping you understand the strength and frequency of these relationships. This feature is very very useful to track down a very profitable wallet who was 0 Solanas (which that the chances of it tracking back again are very small if not 0).

Making the Most of Cielo Finance

To make the most out of Cielo Finance, here are some strategies I’ve found particularly effective:

  1. Monitor successful wallets regularly. Set up Telegram alerts for your most promising finds.
  2. Look for patterns in related wallet networks. Often, successful traders operate multiple wallets with similar strategies.
  3. Don’t just focus on short-term gains. Use the various timeframe options to evaluate long-term performance.
  4. Pay attention to transaction patterns. Sometimes the timing and size of transfers can reveal sophisticated trading strategies.
Going beyond and above a wallet’s trades is the true key point to finding true gems. What if a related wallet of his is cooking even harder? What if your next big play is 1 related wallet away?

Closing Thoughts

Cielo Finance stands out in the wallets analysis landscape by offering professional-grade wallet tracking completely free (for many other chains, not only Solana). While other traders spend hundreds of dollars monthly on premium subscriptions, this platform delivers real-time tracking, comprehensive PnL analysis, and unique features like related wallet mapping at no cost.

Despite offering such powerful capabilities, Cielo Finance remains relatively unknown in the trading community, providing users with a distinct market advantag!.
